The Petty Officers have been found breaking the rules again, and this time Captain Scarlet will be disciplining them with the Prison Strap as she has decided it needs to be more severe.

They are each to receive 2 sets of 15 stokes for disorderly behaviour unbecoming of an officer of her Majesty’s navy.

With the Petty Officers lined up with their hands on their head, each is told to step out in from of the bench before they have their leggings pulled down and bent over for punishment. They must count the strokes and thank Captain Scarlet after each one.

After their first punishment they are stripped and told to stand facing the wall with their hands on their head until their second punishment.

Once discipline is completer they are inspected before returning to their quarters with sore bottoms.

Petty Officers Hickey, Eden, Bird and Naomi have been called to Captain Scarlet’s quarters to face accusations of leaving base without permission, being disorderly and fraternising with the local men.

They are informed that they are to punished as boys are in the navy and that they will “Kiss the Gunner’s Step-Daughter”, a traditional position used in the Royal Navy where the culprit is tied lengthways along the barrel of the cannon.

They will receive an extremely severe caning on their bare buttocks but first, they will each receive 6 cuts for not reporting in uniform. This will take the form of the 5-bar gate, with the final stroke, ‘ the Closer’, delivered diagonally across the previous 5 parallel strokes.

The Officers are told to stand facing the wall and unbutton their jeans and open their flies. Each one is called out in turn, Captain Scarlet roughly and pulls their jeans and pants to their ankles and instructs them to touch their toes, and then she rolls up their T-shirt to expose their breasts.

Captain Scarlet administers five parallel strokes with the final stroke delivered diagonally to form the 5-bar gate.

After Captain Scarlet has examined each of the caned bottoms she instructs the Officers to change into their leggings and immediately report back to receive their main punishment.

On completion of their punishment the officers are told to remove their leggings and hand them to Captain Scarlet and rejoin the others by the wall.

After each girl has been punished, it is then repeated for a second time for the charge of conduct unbecoming of an Officer of Her Majesty’s Navy. Another 15 cuts for each Petty Officer and 20 cuts for the Senior Petty Officer.

After all girls have been caned a second time Captain Scarlet orders them to bend over and examines their marks. She then tells them to return to their quarters as they are, so that everyone can see their striped arses for added humiliation.
